Why Kari Lake Couldn't Close the Deal
American Thinker ^ | 25 May, 2023 | Jay Valentine

The 2022 stolen Arizona governor's election is an ideal template for 2024 — and it is equally a mirror reflection, with all the moving parts, of 2020.

This week, Kari Lake lost, again

SNIP

Our team did the expert witness report on Kari Lake election data showing elected officials jacked with voter rolls days before the election — as in 22,000 new voters and 107,000 changes to the rolls, and thousands of address changes. We suspect that those voter roll manipulations were not to help Kari.

This is the reality of important elections in America today.

Ballot-harvesting is not the problem. Signature verification is not the problem. Jacking with the voter database days before the vote is not the problem. Phantom voters — by the tens of thousands — are not the problem. Election commissions allowing third parties real-time visibility to the voter cast ballot list to vote the recalcitrants is not the problem. U.S. Postal Service employees gathering loose ballots for leftist groups is not the problem.

The problem is that leftists control the entire election apparatus in every swing state, and they have innumerable tools — like those just noted — to steal any election. The Kari Lake election showed that the leftists will use all of them when needed.

The Kari Lake election is equally a template for 2024 because Lake's reaction is to take Arizona back by "chasing ballots."

That is the same strategy President Trump is employing — he calls it ballot-harvesting, being a bit looser with vocabulary.

Leftists are jumping for joy as Lake and Trump take the bait — outperform the pros at ballot-harvesting, when they have a dozen other ways to steal an election. None of those ways is addressed by Lake or Trump. They do not even understand them.

You have to be “not Trump.”

You are a smart person. You just cannot “see” that yet.

You say as you personally attack. It has nothing to do with Trump himself or being a cultist—not my style. It has everything to do with what is being done to our country. No, I just don’t like liars, antagonists or perverse and short-sided thinking that harms my country.

Noob? Is that the best that you can come up with? (and it’s not accurate—been here for 20 years, just didn’t post until a few years ago which isn’t exactly “new”).

“Just because some may have been here long doesn’t negate their troll tendencies to which I was referring.”

I agree with you. There have been trolls on this site since the beginning. Anyone denying that is delusional.

We used to be civil and had decent discourse.

We did? We've always had contention and trolls. Ash Alerts were a thing to name just one.

You are correct in that we seem to have fallen to the same malaise infecting most social media though... We don't do the "deep dive" investigations any more... Like the Bush letter type-writer "fake, but accurate" kerfluffle.

Apply that level of "let's all dig into this" effort to Kari's claims and the evidence stacks up quick... Regardless of if, the demonstrably biased, courts acknowledge it or not.

Whether Democrat, or Republican, the system will protect itself at all costs.

Funny. No mention of finger printing, like they do in Iraq. That would stop a lot if not all of it. Everyone would have to re-register before voting.

As I see it the Democratic Party almost always vote and govern as one while the Republicans always have some Drama Kings ans Queens that actually hinder the party from making some of the changes they need to make.

There are more than just one. Frankly, it would make sense if all states had bipartisan election boards.

I have read almost all the filings, except for the recent appeal for the Lake case in AZ.

I don’t believe she made her case according to AZ law.

Did you take the term “cultist” as a personal attack?

Oxford’s third definition of a cult is: “ a misplaced or excessive admiration for a particular person or thing.
“a cult of personality surrounding the leaders”

I doubt most people would disagree that Trump supporters have excessive admiration for him. I think that many Trump supporters think any negative news or outcome could not possibly be true—despite evidence to the contrary.

That is where the conspiracy stuf comes into play.

If you took that as a personal insult, it wasn’t intended. But, people involved in cults of personality rarely see themselves that way.

FRiend, lurking doesn’t count worth spit. Reminds me of a Cavalry motto I saw decades ago at Fort Bliss: “If You Ain’t Cav, You Ain’t “.

For the same reason the dozens of lawsuits in the swing states in 2020, circa Nov, were turned away. Suing after the fact makes it “too Late” in the eyes of a corrupt judge. Suing before is invalid since no harm can be proven.

The fault is the GOP - controlled legislatures that did nothing when the Guv’na and election boards violated state law and the US Const. They sat on their hands. Probably on the checks they were given.

This judge was bought.

Joe,
I know what you just stated already, and am aware that’s it true. Judges often get nominated, but the reality is that we the people do vote for them frequently.

A system that denies the people who work the hardest and pay the bills of all, a chance at having their vote matter won’t be sustainable. Failure will likely be violent, and leave everyone worse off.

The current SCOTUS has enough conservatives to hear and decide if people have a right for their vote to matter, or if the other activities will cancel that out. The question is how to bring a case....

I would be fine with that... However, if you can’t get the Socialist Left to abide by the current rules, there is ZERO chance they’ll change the rules unless it benefits them.
