It came to my attention yesterday that a local car dealership in Manassas has a trans as a salesperson.
I would just walk…like I walked from the party this last Saturday that had a dude in a dress get up on stage and play guitar…left the neighbors house.
I’m not playing this game.
I’d politely leave.
I don’t hate the transvestite. I believe he is seriously disturbed. I don’t wish to wheel and deal with someone irrational.
I can come back another day, or, go to another dealership.
I have had a transvestite clerk. I completed my purchase and was polite. It did not require prolonged interaction.
In re talent, this extreme insanity trumps any abilities they may have. They are completely delusional.
No, they could not operate on me.
I think you don’t understand that this level of insanity keeps anyone from being a genius in their field. It takes over. Obviously.
Aaannnd scene.
(Well played!)
And THAT is why Big Government socialists did everything they could to shove women into the wage-earning "workforce".
Demand that they paint the truck pink, cut the driveshaft off and call it a compact with a compact price tag....
Did the Dealership call this out as some sort of benefit (diversity, etc.)?
If not, maybe they’re trying to avoid getting sued, cancelled, and financially destroyed by letting this person with mental problems have a job. They might be hoping for the moment sales quota isn’t met and they can fire him. Her. Whatever.
“How far would you go in dealing with deviant people? A gambler? A sex addict? A pedophile? An arsonist? What is your cut off?
Apparently it’s a penis.
I hate to break it to you, but at 1.5% of the population, they have been rubbing off on you since you were born.
You guys seem to think “these people” have just started their lives in the past year. That’s the part I find so amusing.

Hardly. I've been warning about this group of people since Corporate America decided to destroy Anita Bryant over her opposition to queer advocacy.
Was having a discussion with an acquaintance earlier today about the bible addressing transvestism. No, we are aware of how long this stuff has been going on.
That was the turning point.
Honestly, the part I don’t understand is who are these companies trying to reach?
The Bud Light thing was a marketing afterthought—they sent personalized beer cans to many, many influencers. There was not real “thought” beyond the number of “followers” that person had. It simply blew up, out of control. The reason why no one there seemed to take ownership is that it was more of a campaign that an intern would do—rather than some full blown, thought out, marketing effort.
But, other companies are up front about this stuff in a way that makes me wonder who they are trying to attract? For example, Target customers are about as middle class American as you can get. Do they think they are going to attract MORE middle class Americans by their Pride Line?
My wife works for a marketing department. I watch what they do to “market” their hospital network. Almost none of their efforts have a target, nor do they measure the financial impact of their campaigns.
30 years ago I ran a regional marketing department of a large CATV company. We wouldn’t spend $100 without doing a projection and measurement document to justify our time and money. If we did not achieve our targets, there were reviews and post mortem to ensure we did not miss it next time.
These companies seem to be ignoring their core constituents and doing stuff that they “think” will make customers like them.
I often refer to Michael Jordan’s comments about why he isn’t so political: “Republicans buy sneakers too!”
So, we both scratch our heads about the end game of these efforts. We might not agree on all aspects of it...but promoting something for 1.5% of your customer base just seems stupid.
But...that said, I don’t think discriminating against someone trying to make a living is ever a good thing. The person is selling cars. They are not trying to convert anyone, or impose their views. Thats where I probably lose you guys.
bkmk
You appear to be letting Vermont rub off on you. This is a conservative site, for people who honor truth.
You are right. Conservatives used to not get worked up about stuff like this.
Trump changed that. Now it seems you have to treat other people trying to make a living as sub human. And, call them names.
I’ve been around here longer than you, boy. Behavior like yours would have been kicked to the curb. Too bad things have gone downhill since then.
Amateurs. They would never make it marketing an international or global business.
Naïve, severely compartmentalized logic. Let me guess, you have a relative who is gay or trans?
Awww, people don’t agree with you, so you go all “I’ve been here longer than you!”
I used to hear that when I moved into a south Philly neighborhood whenever someone wanted to trespass or impinge on the rights of others — “Yo, I wuz born’n’raised here!”
Back to the topic at hand, conservatives have tried to warn others when they have reached the “bridge too far” for decades — since WW2, in my understanding, only to be called bigots, racists, etc. Every movement has a “tipping point” when common decency and humane tolerance suddenly becomes government compulsion.
During the Bill Clinton era, thirty states passed laws upholding marriage between a man and a woman, only to have rogue judges overturn their duly legislated laws. Now look twenty+ years later: little kids being indoctrinated in K-12 that they can cut their private parts off and be something they are not; teachers keeping secrets from parents about their kids “transing” in school; California passing laws making it illegal for parents to voice objections to their kid participating in this insanity (but they still have to house, clothe, feed and maintain their child).
You may not see where lib-prog virtue signalling about social acceptance of trans impersonators may be leading, but others do.
