Sadly, the Ukrainians butcher children and traffick them, and even the US now trafficks children in the Ukraine and at our Southern border. The US is engaging in human trafficking and you don't see them listing themselves as having a problem with human trafficking in our country, or the trafficking they engage in the Ukraine. I see that the US does not list itself below tier 1, so it turns out the rankings are based on politics.
