It’s a war I don’t know what anyone expects, when a war kicks off you can’t expect the two sides to play by the rules, especially when people are killing each other.
The videos I’ve seen show white phosphorus and other incendiary artillery going off in the few remaining strongholds of Ukrainians, it’s medieval.
Supposedly we are now allowing F-16s to be sent Ukraine, what I don’t understand is, if the goal is to defeat Russia, why would you not give Ukraine everything they need to fight a war on multiple fronts.
The Russians have some semblance of an Air Force, Navy, Ground Forces including tanks, artillery, etc...The Ukrainians have basically nothing and should be applauded for holding out this long.
From the beginning the Ukrainians have been asking for HIMARs, we said no then relented, they asked for Tanks, we said no and then relented, they asked for Air Defense systems, we said no then relented, they asked for F-16s and we said no and then relented.
If we are really trying to win a war why not give Ukraine everything, they need to fight the war and inflict real damage to the Russians.
I know it’s a rhetorical question, it shows everyone the goal is not to win the war but to bleed the Russians and if hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have to die, so be it.

BS. There is nothing to celebrate about Putin. He is a despot in a life position despite the charade of elections they have.
Russia and the US have used Ukraine as a pawn for enrichment in power and money. Millions have fled or died as a result.
The best result for Ukraine at this point is a Switzerland type neutrality and the absence of superpower and nato influence. My current sense is that they will be a vassal state of Russia once again. (They are prime magog territory, so they’ll be aligned with Rosh at some point in history.)
That city is in a topographic cup. It will be interesting if anything comes over those hills right down on top of them.
