An interesting event occurred last month without receiving much attention. An Arizona state representative was caught on video swiping Bibles in a House-members only lounge and hiding them, presumably so that others could not read them.

It is a book to be widely read for the good of all.
Not just read but understood and accepted, at a minimum, as a moral code for living life.
Too many in our world today, think of the Bible as a quaint history of a remote desert people and they use its contents not as a guide but a criticism of their lack of morality and failings.
I think it was John Adams who said our form of government was meant for a moral, God fearing people. As we have allowed so many to disparage the Bible and its teachings, we can see the results in the pervasive corruption in everything.

For example, on the eve of the International Year of the Bible in 1983, Newsweek did a cover story on the role of the Bible and the founding of America.
Newsweek noted, "for centuries [the Bible] has exerted an unrivaled influence on American culture, politics and social life. Now historians are discovering that the Bible, perhaps even more than the Constitution, is our founding document: the source of the powerful myth of the United States as a special, sacred nation, a people called by God to establish a model society, a beacon to the world."

In the United States, 1983 was designated as the national Year of the Bible by President Ronald Reagan by Proclamation 5018,[3] made on February 3, 1983, at the annual National Prayer Breakfast.
Interesting. Forty years ago, Proclamation 5018 was made by the 40th President.
February 3 is the day after Groundhog Day, the day Phil was finally able to cross over and wake up to a new day full of love and happiness*.
Groundhog Day: made famous for its exceeding repetition. In Hebrew, the title of the movie is לקום אתמול בבוקר, "To Arise Yesterday Morning"

The number 40 has great significance throughout the Torah and the Talmud. The number 40 represents transition or change; the concept of renewal; a new beginning. The number 40 has the power to lift a spiritual state.
On February 3, 1983, the day 1983 had been designated as the national Year of the Bible:
Shemot (Exodus) Chapter 19
7 Moses came and summoned the elders of Israel and placed before them all these words that the Lord had commanded him.
8 And all the people replied in unison and said, "All that the Lord has spoken we shall do!" and Moses took the words of the people back to the Lord.
I remember verse 8 because it is here that in unison, unlike any other nation,
Israel [ישראל] 541 said "Yes!" [!כן] 70 to the Torah [תורה] 611.
It all adds up. 🙂
*Asher, the son of Jacob, was born on the 20th of Shevat of the year 2199 from creation (1562 BCE). According to some accounts, this is also the date of his passing. [Chabad - February 3, 1983 linked above]
February 3rd also marks The Day the Music Died.
Just one more thing (963 is like 3, 2, 1, like the "ANU Museum, viewed from the west", to whom Moses gifted the Sassoon Codex the day before yesterday):

To arise yesterday morning = 963, whose sum first appears in Gen 1:4, the part in bold:
Genesis 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
(The whole verse adds up to 1776.)
Now historians are discovering that the Bible, perhaps even more than the Constitution, is our founding document...
She’s very afraid of the Word of God. I pray she turns from evil and learns to love the Scriptures that tell her how much God loves her.
Trying to Hide Our Heritage
I should have included this detail at the end of my previous post, but probably better that it gets top billing here (who actually gets to the bottom of my posts, anyway):
In whole numbers, 1776 ft = 541m
"America is nowhere in Bible Prophecy",

said the prisoner who prefers his 3 hots and a cot in the Big House.
The Torah begins with an enlarged letter bet, which is a Big House, the meaning of "Pharaoh"
The big bet ['ב] is for Bereshith, the first word in the beginning:
בראשית
which = 913, the same as when America [אמריקה] is spelled out letter-by-letter, the full value of each letter word.
A "big bet" isn't just a large wager, it's the letter bet when representing 2000 instead of its usual value of 2; e.g. in year dates.
"United States of America" [ארצות הברית של אמריקה ] = 2000.
Something about the hope of 2000 years. Back to the beginning, back to the future.
When the end of the Torah is connected to the beginning (as when the annual reading cycle concludes and picks right up with Genesis again), that's the last parsha - the 54th, followed by the first, thus

1776 actually appears a little earlier in the Torah than the sum of verse 4.
1776 is the sum of verse 3 (= 813), plus the beginning of verse 4, the same part I had just posted already:
3. And God said, Let there be light; and there was light:
4. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness:
July 4, 1776:
America was born on the 17th of Tammuz in year 5536. It's actually easy to remember the Hebrew year because as I mentioned with the enlarged letter values representing thousands, the letter hei (5) is used for the 5000. But it's really a 5, and 5 + 536 = 541
As I've noted a few times around here already, the Hebrew abbreviation for the United States (Artzot Habrit, ארצות הברית, lit. Lands of the Covenant) is ארה"ב, for the first 2 letters of each word in the phrase, a typical format for such a phrase.
(The abbreviation = 208, the same as Isaac, but then how many times do I irritate folks with these sorts of "meaningless" details.)
Using the same formula, the same abbreviation could be made for the Ark of the Covenant, Aron Habrit [ארון הברית], but of course who would do that. People would then see the Unites States (ארה"ב) and think it was the Ark of the Covenant.
It's like I told my new doctor yesterday, that my previous medical records are lost in a US government warehouse.
"A - good country key"

But really, to be in accordance with the times, your alphanumerological analysis should incorporate Spanish.
