I don’t buy the we all came outta Africa narrative due to the geologic record. Why? You can find coral on the beaches of Ellesmere Island, Northern Canada. Same coral as modern day Hawaii. In other words, it’s not always been frozen. At that point in time, other areas like Africa were probably frozen hard like Grise Fiord in late January.
The earth’s history hasn’t always been smooth and stable.
Ask the dinosaurs, wiped out in the blink of an eye. And that’s just one event that put a new spin on the planet.
Continents were all one at one time in the far past.
The ‘climate’ was way hotter than now.
The flora and fauna changed to meet new conditions. Some didn’t make the cut.
Catastrophes such as huge asteroid strikes, Super-volcano explosions, Mega earthquakes, floods and tsunamis can destroy the entire ecosystem for thousands of years until new species rise to fill the voids left by the disasters.
And it will happen again.......................
