If they want to shut down paparazzi interest, all they have to do is have a friend with a camera follow them around, take lots of pics, and put them up for free download.
They probably already hire people to follow them on outings and make a big deal of it. At the least, they let the paps know when they plan to attend some function. That’s been basic PR strategy for celebrities forever.
