Most ops have multiple purposes. Are there others than the two I’ve thought of? Probably.
I think she’s being used to keep the D majority, albeit a very thin one.

I've wondered if she received the 'real' Covid 'vaccine' and experienced adverse events, in which case I think they really would enact your theory "scare people into getting the shingles vax.' Shingles is among the more common adverse events from the Covid 'vax'.
I also recall Q talking about people feigning illness to escape prosecution. I remember Pelosi was incoherent and babbling steadily and then suddenly like someone turning off a water spigot, she went back to competing for Speakership.
So there is more than one Biden and I've wondered if all the stand ins are demented too; or why have the stand-ins act demented too? Perhaps having them all stumble around etc. may be meant to protect Biden from prosecution and position the dems to enact 25th amendment at their leisure. That's infuriating of course - let him wander off stage and talk to house plants until there's a strategic use for the 25th tactic.
