Very late in replying to your thoughtful comments. I’ve also wondered if there was a bit of kayfabe in the Trump vs DeSantis thing. I’m sure Musk is on board with Trump. “when does a bird sing” and other reasons. Very well thought out and expressed positions, and I tend to agree with you!

I do think it’s kayfabe.
I also like seeing that the idea of kayfabe, and the word itself, is becoming more well-known.
