Sen. Ted Cruz was just on with Sean Hannity. When Sean asked him a question about Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana Ted said he had to share his favorite Kennedyism.

Sen. Kennedy claims that if Adam & Eve had been from Louisiana, they would have thrown out the apple and eaten the snake.

That sounds about right. Of course they would have needed a roux, some Trinity (chopped onion, celery, and bell pepper), some shrimps, and a little filé.

Probably true. I have eaten smoked rattlesnake and it was quite good. 🤪

The only thing I don’t or won’t eat are cucumbers. I can’t stand the smell long enough to be in the kitchen with them long enough to make pickles and I love pickles.
