Agree. That’s the million dollar question.
The beer is not the energy source. It is basically just the steam propellant. Distilled water would be a lot cleaner.

It would be cool to get a Tesla, use the battery power to heat up a steam engine and have the steam shoot out the back through a tail pipe.
