I was thinking the other day that Black Holes may have actually killed a few people. Black holes are the most likely source for Cosmic Rays. Cosmic rays are believed to trigger a path for lightening by ionizing the air as they enter Earth’s atmosphere. The ionized air allows the electricity to conduct through a medium that otherwise is an insulator. The poor guy at the other end of the lightening strike occasionally gets killed.

Cosmic Rays are essentially super high velocity particles that have been ejected from supernovas, both inside and outside our galaxy.
Travelling at near the speed of light they travel for billions of years unimpeded until they encounter Earth’s atmosphere. Most are deflected by the magnetosphere but some make it through.
Imagine being killed by a particle that started it’s journey billions of years before you were even born.................
