I’m actually going to a job interview outside of Nashville (LaVergne) on Monday, as we are looking to relocate from Indiana.
My biggest stress and anxiety is from the change in housing prices since I bought my house very cheap here. I’ll get a good profit from selling, but prices are sky high to purchase and much higher interest rates too, so I’m really stressing it.
In my research, housing is more than 50% lower than what I’m currently paying. A house of equilivant sq/ft and property in WA, put another 0 on the end then double it. Wages for my profession are the same here as there in TN, with a 26% lower cost of living.
