One Perry resident tells KCCI she was one of two people bitten by a rabbit last Friday.
Ramona Rustan said the rabbit jumped up and bit her and then hopped over to the neighbors' house.
"It came around to her car and wouldn't let her out of her car," Rustan said.
She called police.
"The police department says it's been a rabbit that has been around terrorizing people," Rustan said.
The Perry police gave KCCI a call report that details a 13-year-old girl who was also bitten by the rabbit.
The 13-year-old will be getting a rabies shot. Rustan, who says she is a nurse, is not planning on getting a rabies shot.

Wabbit season!
Squirrels are great fun. Back in the late 1700s and early 1800s many people had pet squirrels. So where did these squirrels touch you that made you so angry at them?
What did they do? Gorging themselves hourly at bird feeder and suet feeder. Hey if we know it down we can gorge easier. Off to the Bluebird house to try and raid it for eggs. Up to the roof; let’s see if we can break into the attic, give birth, crap and pizz, all over that. As well as damage the soffit, tear up insulation and maybe chew some wiring. Those who think I’m mean to squirrels, look at it this way; maybe I’m the Uber driver for some poor hawks having a hard time!
I think the biting trend will Peter out. I’m not going to cotton to the tale.
