They should do a hipster version of “Leave It to Beaver.” I can only imagine what that would look like.

Good for these two. I didn’t realize they were both still living.

Perfect for the parts, regardless.

They’d better not ruin “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” or “E.T: The Extra-Terrestrial”!

Hilarious. Michael Keaton needs retirement $$$. What a bunch of cynical FReepers on this thread. In the words of the great Kyle Broflofski does everything have to be sh!t?

I imagine he is pretty well set financially.

Hard Pass on the Flash movie, the star of that thing has had numerous legal problems the last 18 months or so. At one point they thought ion not even releasing the film because of all the problems with him.

Geesh, what a tough crowd here in regards to Beetlejuice. The movie was very good and it was light hearted...I just watched Keaton in the Mcdonald’s flick....I think very well of him both on and off screen..Mr. Mom ring a bell?

Does anyone make original movies anymore?

Recently, I watched a movie that was the original, original Red Dawn. The enemy didn’t come through the air but instead came across Alaska into America. It was made in the early 50s.

There is about 5 movie plots and you can tell which plot the movie portrays just by reading the promotion blurb. And, there are original movies in the 50s that all movies are copied from.

I assume this movie will be “Beetle Juice - the Woke” edition.

Yeah but what a character. The combo of gay Otho and the artist “let me express myself” lady was killer. Nailed that NE liberal vibe. Not sure they could portray those kind of stereotypes in movies these days.

It was a great movie to watch with my kids.

I’d rather they remake Nightshift and his role as Billy Blaze, the Love Broker. LOL

The only thing they should ever redo is Firefly…except they would absolutely positively destroy it, so they should never redo anything ever

Proud to say, I have never seen Beetlejuice. However, I’m one of the few that LIKED Keaton as ‘Batman.’

We DO watch ‘Die Hard’ on Christmas Eve in this family.

Prove me wrong! ;)

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a thread about a movie, band, song, etc. that they didn’t show up to pee on the parade.

Chicago’s Lori Lightfoot should be available now, since she is out of her mayoral job...
