TX turns more blue because of it. Not great for TX, as these people just do not all of a sudden turn conservative on everything.

Leftists repeatedly crap their bed until they can’t stand the smell anymore. Then they slither off into someone else’s bed and crap it, too. But no matter how many times they repeat this cycle of idiocy they just can’t seem to figure out why the bed stinks.

These morons will never admit that they are the cause of the degradation that they are running from. To them, the question of why every liberal-dominated city and state eventually becomes a brutal, ugly hellhole is just one of life’s weird mysteries.

The same infestation that killed WA, OR, NM, AZ, CO and NV is now attacking Texas. These parasites have found a big juicy new host and won’t quit until it dries up and turns blue like the others

It’s the same mindset of those who love to say “Communism just hasn’t been implemented correctly”.

Numerous Texans vehemently assure me that Texas will never turn blue. I still say it flips in 2028.

These “economic migrants” shall never find a place “right” enough for themselves.

Most of these miseducated people have no idea about most of the real history or form of government of the United States is about, so they apply their prejudices and flawed reasoning to whatever situation they find themselves in.

Like mud dauber wasps building a nest.

People who live in California have been subjected to liberal indoctrination for many, many years. The liberals message comes from everything and everyone around them--the media, friends, fellow workers, their employers, their clients, etc., etc., etc. It's in the air they breathe.

They may finally get fed up with the chaos that (liberal) politicians have created but they don't blame liberalism as a whole.

So when they arrive in your state, they will still be liberals.

Years ago, I moved from NYC to rural Georgia (with a brief stopover in Atlanta). I was one of the rare conservatives in New York.

It took a long time to purge myself of the liberal ideas that had infected me during my time in NYC even though I was a conservative.

Point being: Humans are extremely adaptable, but this also means that they are extremely prone to indoctrination and conditioning. Just being around liberals or being in a generally liberal environment influences the way you think.

All it would take is a Democrats who isn’t crazy who promises to cut Property Tax 25% and limit the increase to 3% a year and Texas goes Blue in 2024.

My Property Taxes are set to go up 100% (they have already gone up 72% in the last 5 years (the max alloed).

Promising to cut these Taxes 25% in 2024 would put them back to 2021 levels, where Without a pandemic, Texas would have run a multi $Billion surplus.

Dan Patrick mumbles quietly about this, but Guv Wheels ignores him.

A tax cutting Krysten Sinema easily flips the state, and the psycho’s take over.

I’d characterize this as mostly just a cope. The fact is that the middle and upper middle class in California has been hollowed out. This hasn’t happened in a year or two. Go back and look at 30-35 years ago compared to today. California used to have a thriving middle class, lots of small businesses, etc. Now the state is characterized by the most extreme wealth difference of any state in the US. Its got a good number of extremely rich people and a whole lot of extremely poor people and very little in between.

...you may be right....but most Californicators that we have met who have relocated to The Lone Star state are truly conservatives...just want to get out of the craphole that CA has become....yes, there are probably a number of truly liberal folks who have moved here but Texas is still quite conservative (outside some of the metro areas such as Ciudad Austin, Houston, Dallas....)

All the data I’ve seen says that in the past this was largely true. ie a lot of California lefties moved to other places and shifted them left. The same was true of New York, New Jersey, etc.

The data from the last few years says the opposite has been happening. A lot of the exodus from these states are people who are Leftugees. ie Right of center people and more centrist people who fully realize how Leftist politics has ruined their former states and who have solidified red states into being more red. That has happened in Florida (after previous waves almost flipped the state), it appears to be happening in Texas except for Austin and it also looks like that’s what’s happening in North Carolina.

I even read several analysists say Lee Zeldin lost his race in New York narrowly because a lot of the more Conservative voters who would have voted for him previously...the kind of people who voted for Governor Pataki in the 90s, had given up on New York and left.

The Californian that moved in next to me that paid $1.2M for a house that was on the market for $650K (for almost a year in 2019). IS NOT a Conservative.

He is a Typical Californian that Mark Dice meets on the street... pretty much clueless about all things political.

He has a ‘70’s Ford Pickup in his Garage. At teh Mailbox he tells me it wasn’t running right, so I asked him “what motor does it have?” He said “I don’t know”

“Is it a V-8, a straight 6?” I ask.

“I don’t know” was his response. “I just thought it looked cool” was why he bought it.

Clueless.

That’s pretty bad. He purchased a vehicle solely because of its looks and has no idea as to it’s motor. I suspect he also has no clue as to the different causes which could be the reason it is not running right. A simple clogged fuel or air filter (or both) is more likely the cause.
