Under the guise of “evacuation”, the occupiers have taken family members of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) employees to Rostov Oblast of Russia.

QUOTE: “In Enerhodar, the Russian occupiers have organised a so-called ‘evacuation’ for family members of Zaporizhzhia NPP employees. However, employees of the power plant are not allowed to leave the city.”
DETAILS: The General Staff has noted that the so-called occupation authorities announced the evacuation of people to Berdiansk and Kyrylivka to recreation centres and hotels. However, those who agreed were taken to Rostov Oblast in Russia and placed in tent camps.
The General Staff has also said that the situation in Velyka Bilozerka is somewhat different. Last week, most of the collaborators left the settlement in their own vehicles in the direction of Crimea.
BACKGROUND:
-As stated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian side is evacuating the occupation authorities, the so-called people’s militia and their families from the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The looted property is being transported in the direction of occupied Crimea.
-The Russian invaders are “evacuating” their puppet leaders and collaborators, as well as children with teachers and educators, from Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, in the direction of occupied Berdiansk.

It appears to me Russian soldiers wanted SMO to transform into CTO, so they could go home (since most of them were mobilized). But on February 21st Putin hasn’t announced any significant changes, so all those “mobiks” are stuck at the front. Now imagine how “motivated” they are right now after so many extra months of being in Ukraine.

A Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance unit near Bakhmut is helping to prevent Russian forces from seizing the fiercely contested city. Moscow is said to be sending reinforcements after failed efforts to capture Bakhmut before May 9, the date when Russian celebrates its World War II victory.

Vitaliy, a soldier with 118th separate territorial defence brigade, call sign “Texas”, returned to his unit after being wounded and losing his legs and became an aerial reconnaissance man.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported on the Facebook page of the 118th separate territorial defence brigade
The message reads: “His name is Vitaliy. He is from Drabivshchyna, on the left bank of Cherkasy region. Before the full-scale invasion, he ran a small business, raised his son Anton and was fond of precision shooting. February 2022 changed the entrepreneur’s life. Together with like-minded people, he joined the 118th TRO Brigade and, thanks to his skills, was assigned to an aerial reconnaissance unit.”
The brigade noted that in August, while performing a combat mission in the Bakhmut sector, Vitaliy was wounded during an artillery attack and lost both legs. He underwent lengthy treatment, rehabilitation and training to walk again. But all this did not break the spirit of the scout.
“After Vitaliy got his “new legs”, he returned to his native aerial reconnaissance unit. His knowledge and experience have come in handy for his comrades who are just learning the difficult profession of reconnaissance. Vitaliy teaches newcomers and jokes: “In aerial reconnaissance, the main thing is sharp eyesight, quick mind and skilful hands,” the statement said.
