The dark, dank and dangerous New York City subway is back in the news thanks to the recent death of a Jordan Neely — a violent, mentally ill career criminal who terrorized commuters for at least a decade.
Neely had a plan to get arrested and return to jail just so he could have a place to eat and sleep. Neely went berserk on the subway, causing terror among the passengers. Fortunately, a former Marine named Daniel Penny stepped in as a good Samaritan and managed to subdue Neely, who died while he was being restrained.
For over a decade Neely, a so-called Michael Jackson impersonator, made commuting a nightmare for subway riders. He would verbally abuse passengers and intimidate them into giving him money. Back in 2013 Reddit users made a thread about him, warning subway riders to steer clear of him. Neely had a rap sheet that was a mile long — he once punched an elderly woman in the face and rather than addressing the epidemic of mentally ill schizophrenic drug-addicted criminals terrorizing the law-abiding population and acknowledging the reality that Neely got his just desserts, Democrats are attacking the Good Samaritan who heroically subdued this madman. We can only conclude that the left wants the public to accept violence, filth, and harassment as a “normal” part of public transport and urban life.

That’s DC, not NYC.
It really depends if the subway lines go through or end up in Ghetto American neighborhoods. The Brown and Purple Lines in Chicago were relatively safe compared to the Red, Green and Blue Lines which traversed or ended up in very dangerous neighborhoods.
It’s now a country to make a quick buck, survive and retire elsewhere

Specifically, it’s Rosslyn Station.
My trip to Poland last year really opened my eyes, especially Warsaw. Fantastic city, clean, the subways and tramways were great. Normal people with children everywhere.
And then I had to pass the US Embassy with Rainbow Flags all over the place, I made a point to flip the bird at the building and yell out “F___ Joe Biden!”

Similar to when I would go to Norway for a project. I showed up at the office when the security guard and I were the only people yet there. In the evenings I’d be working away and realize I was alone in the building! There was a bike path / walking trail up the hillside by the building I could see. People had left work and were out enjoying the good weather with their family.
Can’t feature the message other nations get from us or what they think. What they think must be that we are warped, decadent and chumps that still give them money even though they hate us.
They deserve to hate us. We don’t need a campaign to remind us of our lost greatness.
