If someone doesn’t have the money it takes to buy or rent or live in one of the most expensive spots on earth, and yes it is super expensive and everyone knows it. — BMW is German for Basic Marin Wheels and houses go for $2 to $20 million —-
And a simple one bedroom apartment can go for $4 or $5000 a month
—- if someone can’t afford such an outrageously over- priced place, they really should rub their two brain cells together and move to a more affordable spot where they might be able to get at least a roof over their heads. Just saying

And if the government had any sense about immigration, our population would be 250M, California’s 30M.
Housing would be much cheaper.

You can get a really nice house in New Delho or Shanghai, as long as you can afford it.
