I taught for decades in urban high schools. And one thing I learned was to never try to break up a fight between black girls. Wait for the cops. Those fights were viscous, the worst.
Now just for balance, let me mention one more thing. In my teaching career I dealt with perhaps ten students who were true psychopaths. Not just bad, mind you. I’m talking about kids who said and did evil things. Nine out of those ten kids were white males. One was a black male. No females.
This black girl in the video is a sociopath. There are actual differences between psychopathsand sociopaths.

Vicious:
Mean-spirited or deliberately hurtful; malicious.
Extremely violent or injurious; cruel.
Marked by an aggressive disposition. Used chiefly of animals.
The viscous female threw a vicious punch.
Hm?......This is a very interesting observation and worth the time an money to investigate.
