Viscous:
having a thick or sticky consistency
Vicious:
Mean-spirited or deliberately hurtful; malicious.
Extremely violent or injurious; cruel.
Marked by an aggressive disposition. Used chiefly of animals.
The viscous female threw a vicious punch.
Here is another recent instance in which a man unhappy at a high school-aged sports event sucker-punches someone they disagree with. This time it’s the umpire who is the victim.
I did type ”vicious” there. Hackers must have changed it to “viscous”.
That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it (no pun intended).
