It’s as though he was waging some kind of protest, by having his mouth sewed shut.
His eyes are glazed and wandering, as though he wonders which Morning Show he’s missing right now and which Breakfast Burrito he could have ordered to his room by now, were he not here, in this hot, noisy chamber?
My wife , who unlike myself is only mildly political, watched it. She said: “I think he is taking a nap. With his eyes closed”. 🤣
