The State Space Agency of Ukraine, which manages the Pavlograd Chemical Plant, does not know about the reasons for suspending the program.
They say that they have repeatedly informed the Cabinet of Ministers about the need to extend it. This is stated in the official response to the request of BBC News Ukraine.
The agency submitted its proposals to the government, which indicated the required amount - almost 800 million hryvnias. The budget for this year envisaged almost 31 million hryvnias, which is not enough for the safety of storage of rocket engine bodies with fuel.
