That last part may be an inadvertant admission, imho.
Moving it to DC, so that a Deep State hand picked judge gets "randomly chosen" to oversee the case and a guaranteed outcome.
USG wouldn’t fare very well bringing cases ANYWHERE but DC!!
Bingo. Any case the USG is involved with that is outside of DC is going to be fairer than anything in Democrat dominated DC.

If it moves to DC Flynn may as well forget about it

HELL NO. The judge must deny the change of venue to the obviously and hideously biased DC Swamp courts and force the government to stay and fight it out right there.

Cases against the US government, political ones, especially, should be held anywhere, but DC. It’s time to let the rest of the American public, have a say.

Flynn v U.S. – The USG Want’s Change of Venue When should the verb want ever get an apostrophe? And I really can't see adding an apostrophe to the noun either.

The USG doesn’t want the Flynn case to be heard in Florida. The government has filed a 22-page motion to change the venue to DC. No. After what we've seen, DC should never be allowed to have trials. They are corrupt, their juries are both pawns and idiots, and you cannot get any justice in a DC court.
DC is the heart of evil.

I think they could take it to New York City for a positive result as well. 🙂
Probably California too. If it truly were only D.C., they wouldn't be as confident of their illegal regime defeating all lawfare Republicans may bring against them. But D.C. is a definite positive, to be sure. 🙂

The government has filed a 22-page motion to change the venue to DC. Yep - as you said, a compromised DC District stooge installed by Dubya/Bammy/McConnell will handle this in the "correct" way...

I hope Flynn’s lawyers depose his first defense attorneys, who were work for the prosecutor, and not for Flynn. If they had been, they could have easily had the case dismissed within 1-2 months.

How can cases against the government be held in DC and be fair?
