A kid asked him how to be successful. Biden responded, well, you need to get your Covid shots, and it actually went downhill from there.
This is the New Campaign tactic, ensure he has a good line to handlers to direct him. No more getting lost.
More likely it’s a brain stimulator. Not working very well though.

No matter, SloJo is a place-holder for Obama, the Ruling Class, and the Deep State. They all could care less about SloJo, his inabilities. In fact, when you consider how much Obama would babble when the teleprompter would fail, Obama is glad to have SloJo in there to make Obama look good. Before Obama was elected the first time, Rush often pointed out that Obama was really good at talking at length without actually saying anything of substance. The few times Obama actually stated the truth: just spread the wealth around, the Drive-By Media attacked anyone who reported it. Obama was talking to a guy, nickname Joe the Plumber, about taxes and redistribution. After Obama uttered the truth about his intentions, the attack on anyone repeating it, and on Joe himself, was merciless. A government employee was prosecuted for accessing Joe the Plumber’s information. Today, that same person accessing such information would be rewarded with a position in the Obama / Biden Regime. Whatever the size of SloJo’s earpiece, he will probably spend most of the next campaign in the basement.
