It doesn’t speak well of our country for the wife of the sitting president to be attacked and ridiculed. FLOTUS is an unpaid full-time job and she was living in a fish-bowl.

I agree. All the First Lady had to do was to be herself. Like Laura Bush, she looked like a librarian in her role. That was her look. Michelle tried too hard and comparing herself to Jackie Kennedy. That wasn't it. Just my two cents.
