I’ve seen that logo several times, but I think it’s been doctored. Dominion’s web site has a similar logo, but doesn’t have the blue paper coming out the bottom. It doesn’t change what they do, but the logo is misrepresented as shown.

Madeline Kahn plays saloon singer Lily von Shtupp (“Oh…a wed wose. How womantic!”) who falls for Sheriff Bart (“Oh, it’s twue, it’s twue!”) Harvey Korman plays the villain whose name is unfortunately similar to movie star Hedy Lamarr’s. (“That’s HEDLEY!”)
