I’ve noticed the different nurse skill levels, too. Some are so good you get the shot and it’s over before you know it. Others are more “Oooh...” sting, but not quite an “Ouch.”
The pain with the flu vaccine comes in the next 24 hours. I sometimes get a slightly sore injection site, but it’s usually hardly noticeable.
I had one nurse that was so good I didn’t even know she had done it because I was distracted for a second......................
