The president likes the way the current preparations are going, and the public justification for these processes, no more than the preparation of similar trials on New Year's Eve, when Putin decided to postpone the adoption of such complex decisions, which at that time could cause a sharp rejection of Russian society.
Now, the president is confident that the justification and implementation of decisions have been carried out at the proper level, and the people are ready for the need to implement these decisions.
Despite the shortage of weapons and equipment, mobilization will take place in stages, and pressing problems will be solved in an emergency mode, placing part of the problems on the mobilized themselves.
For people who do not want to be cannon fodder for the Putin regime, and who have the opportunity to leave the country, the next few weeks will present themselves with an optimal, and most likely the only, opportunity.
Essentially, the regime leaves little choice for the twenty million potentially mobilized: leave, stay, and accept, or stay and fight.
