LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Louisville Metro Police Department confirmed there are multiple casualties from an active shooting in downtown Louisville near Slugger Field.

LMPD and Louisville Metro Mayor Craig Greenberg advise everyone to avoid the 300 block of East Main Street, specifically at Old National Bank.

Louisville Metro police officers and FBI Louisville special agents are there at the scene now.

Not very familiar with Louisville, but I think this is near Museum row which features, among other things, the Louisville Slugger and the Sons of the American Revolution museum.

I'm an officer in our local SAR chapter and were told that we hardened our target after the BLM riots in 2020.

It was once a very nice tourist area which brought in a lot of revenue.

Multiple black o. Black shootings each week, with a dozen or so dead many injured, most weeks in Chicago... apparently the left don’t care about those shootings because they don’t fit the narrative that only “white supremacists are violent and should be banned from owning guns”.
