Saw the dead once, was not impressed and it gave me a bad vibe.

As I recall WTOV was in Steubenville OH (not that far from Burgettstown PA). The call letters stood for “The Ohio Valley.”

Interesting to be taken back in time to how local news was presented just 30 years ago. The commercials were also like a time capsule. Two Egg McMuffins at McDonald’s for $2. In those pre-internet days, they were still giving out PO boxes and 800 numbers instead of web addresses.
