Placebo testing was "lost" on purpose of course. Placebo in this case refers to ones ability to say anything about efficacy or safety of the vaccine since "the info was lost".!! In this case efficacy can mean the virus is there but nothing can be said about it or how they work against various phenomena can be claimed.
In one period of time vaers(the reporting system for vaccine problems) has had 70k entries with 900 deaths!! Historically,this number of deaths is waaay too many to be safe.
