Intel site Lame Cherry seems to imply that Gen. Milley sank into his cups after a bit of a fling - and the papers were spread all around.

I do note that the General is 'retiring.' - probably to China...

Lame Cherry is...unreliable, to put it mildly. Was dissected/discussed some time ago; iirc, Foldy considered LC more than one person, not English first.
