Biology is amazing. In some rare circumstances, if the mother dies and the father is the only one to care for a child, a man can even start lactating from his vestigial glands to produce food for the child.

I saw a post on twitter that I’m not sure was real or not, but it seemed like it could have been. Some trans woman (a “male”) was upset that most hetero men would not go down on a “feminine” penis.

BTW - it is something like only 3% of trans-people get their reproductive organs surgically removed/altered. I imagine that number will increase though with enough on-line trans-cult promotion of the procedures.
