I watched NBC and CNN on purpose. Before the DA came out, the Liberal lawyers were scratching their heads to come up with something which would cause Trump a legal problem, more like is this all they have? After the DA’s new conference, the Liberal Lawyers were like..... speechless! Lawyers Speachless!!!!! LOL, I have never hear lawyers unable to spin such a case into something dangerous for the defendant!

So here’s one question that I’d like to see answered.
Cases are supposed to be handed out to judges in a non-partisan way. There are 5 cases up for assignment to a courtroom. There are 5 judges on the list. Each judge gets one. Next week there are 4 cases. The first 4 judges get a case. Next week there are 5 cases. Judge #5 gets the first case and then back tot he top of the list.
Bragg delayed the Grand Jury vote, citing nonsense. Was the delay to make sure that this judge, one who presided over one of Pres Trump’s tax cases, “impartially” got the case?
If they had sent it to his courtroom, while skipping over other judges, absolute grounds for getting it reassigned, if not a dismissal. But, if Bragg plays games, runs the clock out and, whaddya know, the case just happened to land where it did. Who woulda thunk it?
The daily UK mail website has break down of charges. In one statement, the say there is a tape of Trump saying to Cohen so what do we have to pay 150K (referring to Stormy).
Cohen established off shell company for the payments which were about 35K a month to Cohen, listed as legal services for retainer, but Trump had no retainer for Cohen.
There’s more. But involves, the doorman at Trump tower being paid 30K to shut up about his claim Trump has a child out of wedlock. Also another gal claims affair with Trump. In June 2016, Karen McDougal, a former Playboy bunny, came forward with claims that she and Trump had had an affair. AMI paid her for the story to keep her from going elsewhere.

I have been in the NYC Supreme Court when they assigned cases. A clerk takes a case walks over to a bingo style hand cranked cage and spins it, reaches in, grabs a token indicating the judge, puts it together with the case.

Exactly. Read an interesting article the other day about a former DOJ lawyer being the person driving all of this. Some guy Colangelo. Straight up Leftist.
Then that makes this guy getting the case even more suspicious if that’s what really happens.
The weak link is the clerk. No one checks to see what the token actually says.
