Google is testing out a price guarantee program for Google Flights that will pay you money if the price of a flight goes down after you booked it through the service. The feature is currently available as a “pilot program” in the US (get it?) for specific flights, according to a Monday blog post, but it could be a compelling reason to use Google’s tool the next time you’re searching for a flight.

well, i confess i did willingly leave a resume at their booth once back in the 1990s. of course, back then they were on employee numbers in the teens.
A friend of mine was Netscape employee #6, Director of Cross-Platform Development. He took his salary in stock options, until they went public. His wife was paid very well, so they could afford it. They were worth millions after the IPO. No, I’ve never asked how many.

Google is evil. Hard pass. Why fund the enemy?
Google could offer me five dollars for every breath I take, and I would turn it down. Because somehow they would make fifty dollars on each one by selling the info to the government and advertisers.
Looks like Expedia could be a good short.
Google owns YouTube.
If you are a conservative they are not your friend.
I feel like they are already to big and powerful, and maybe don't deserve to dominate anything else.
