NJ woman accused of fatally running over husband while driving drunk

A 37-year-old New Jersey woman has been charged in her husband’s death after she allegedly drove over him while drunk, officials said.

Amanda O’Keefe allegedly ran over her husband, Robert, around 2:30 a.m. Feb. 25. Somerset County Prosecutor's Office
Her blood-alcohol level was over the legal limit at the time of the incident outside their home on Clark Lane, the Daily Voice reported.
She was released from the Somerset County Jail the following day pending a future court appearance.
