With all the glass, someone should call his mom. Tell her her baby caused a mess, and she can darn well get down there and clean it up.
A couple of weeks ago I received a new card in the mail from the Illinois State Police, they have redesigned the card to indicate that I am a CCH as well as a gun owner.
They did not mention in the article if the perp was legal. I think not.
All the comments I read were positive, on the 2A side.
