Just in case you didn’t think NY could be any more f’d up.
Charged for attempted murder after being shot twice by the perp and charged for with assault and criminal possession of a weapon - for using the perp’s gun to defend himself.
According to the story, the perp was charged with the same charges. Makes sense, since they were both doing their respective jogs. The garage attendant was monitoring and protecting the cars in the garage and the perp was doing his job, breaking into cars, stealing and shooting innocent victims.
On a side note, this is coming from the same District Attorney’s office of Alvin Bragg that is officially arraigning DJT on Tuesday.
Now it all adds up.
To each and every New Yorker (and of course, non New Yorkers) who voted for this vile piece of crap, you DESERVE whatever happens to you . . .

Same situation that occurred with Jose Alba, the NY City bodega clerk who was attacked by a black man over a bag of chips, and defended himself by stabbing the attacker to death, while also fighting off the perp’s girlfriend, who was stabbing Alba. Alba was charged, but eventually released after public outcry. However, the girlfriend was never charged for stabbing Alba, as Bragg said she was defending her boyfriend.
