I went to McDs just this last week or so with a grand kid or 2. An egg McMuffin was about SEVEN dollars..by itself. I repeat a Ham, egg McMuffin…7 bucks! SMDH. I'm in a typical Midwest area..not a Chicago etc.

I'm fairly sure under Trump, about 3 years ago, you could occasionally get them 2 for 5 dollars on special days. This is caused by mostly Biden stimulus, big budget spending but includes I'm sure funding to Ukraine.

I think Zelensky is asking for more support from nato. Both sides are running through artillery and men at a high rate. It looks like a battle of attrition. I think this type of fighting favors Russia but it's hard to tell by the media reports. We should know what's going on by the end of May or early June. If the mud dries up maybe someone will go on the offensive.

Ritter is not competent in military matters in the way he claims. He acts like he knows more than all the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and a dozen Harvard economists and political scientists put together.

What he does is take what he knew about US, NATO and Russian abilities and weaknesses around to give only Russia all the advantages. Go back and find what he said about the first Russian mobilization. He made it sound identical to the US MEPS, basic and advanced training. In reality, Russian enlisted training makes third would countries look good. Instead of training, men were held to be dump on the front lines without training or proper cold weather gear or food during winter.

When you know enough to know how Ritter lies, you understand his framework for how he lies and he tells variations of the same lies all the time. He sold out years ago and stayed there.

IMO, Zelensky and cronies have amasses a sheer FORTUNE ENOUGH now and are ready to settle-up some peace and then DEMAND the US/NATO implements a modern day “Marshall Plan” to rebuild his entire country (at least what he won’t have given up.)
