It is one of my most played movies, right up there with Ben-Hur and Quo Vadis.

The part where The Destroyer appears in the night and roams around is creepy as hell, even more so with the digital restoration. Pretty good work for pre-CGI cinema.

My wife loooovvvvvess this movie. For my part I have asked her at least a dozen times how it is Moses obviously ages (white hair and beard), but Rameses and Nefertiti look exactly the same as the day Moses went into the desert for his 40 year sojourn. She mutters something about staying out of the sun and access to the very best skin care products of the day. Then, for some reason, she tells me to shut up.

Yeah that is a good scene and when Moses puts his commands Joshua to put his staff into the Nile and the water turns to blood is awesome.

The whole film is a masterpiece of color and cinematography.
