I didn’t watch any of it, but I have serious doubts that in what was apparently essentially a he-said-she-said case, and the “she” was a beloved Hollywood actress, the plaintiff could have prevailed under any circumstances.
Maybe you should watch some of it. The evidence and testimonies were revealing.
