Any person born in Russia to at least one Russian parent, or born overseas to two Russian parents, receives Russian citizenship at birth.

Citizens at birth, no need to apply.

“Russian nationality can be obtained by citizens who have parents with origins in Russia. Those who were born outside the borders of the Russian Federation but whose parents were born in this country can apply for citizenship by birth in Russia.”

It appears that you would have to apply for citizenship.

Just don’t apply and be an Argintinian.
