Not necessarily. The leaders are taking a few days off, resting or working and thinking. Those kids in the video are permanently destroying their liver and brain cells with excess alcohol or drugs.
They are not leadership types. In my whole life I know just about no one who was a drunk or drug abuser at that age who ever became anything close to a leader. No matter how “hot” they were.
