World War II soldiers were considered heroes but Korea not so much. Then Viet Nam came along and activists turned against the Veterans blaming then for the war. Traitors like John Hanoi Kerry started calling veterans baby killers and war criminals while actually it was his crew that killed a 13 year old with a 50 cal machine gun. It was easier to attack soldiers than their demonicratic buddies in the government which they sought to take their power.

I served in the USMC during the Korean War. Every since I have wondered why I so stupidly volunteered. We haven’t been in a legitimate war since WWIl. I keep remembering President Eisenhower’s warning about the Military Industrial complex. We have lost so many ‘good’ men. I don’t recognize this nation anymore.
