This would typically be a “bring it on” moment. Let’s take this to court and see what we find in the discovery process.
Unfortunately, Epps feels pretty confident that the FBI/DOJ has his back and will hide or destroy evidence that shows he was working undercover for them and an integral instigator on January 6th . . .
