I’m with you on this one Bagster.
I supervised about 20 men and 3 women for three years before I retired. The men were all mechanics and electricians. One of my women was good. She came to work, did her job, kept her mouth shut, and went home. The second woman was a Navy Vet and one of my mechanics. She was great. The third woman was a terror. She tried to seduce the male mechanics and all the other men in the plant to get her way. If that didn’t work, she tried, and succeeded, in getting several fired for sexual harassment. That’s why I got stuck with her. All of the male supervisors were afraid of her. I didn’t have that problem. I even asked her once if she was a Democrat. She puffed up, glared at me, and said “NO, why”? I said, “you act like one”.
I’d rather supervise 100 men than one woman like her. I despise sneaky, whining, control freak, back-stabbing women, especially if they run in packs.
Agreed. Most women I’ve encountered in my field tend to manipulate, connive and back-stab because it’s a way to exert power without overt physical confrontation.
However, as you very rightly posted, there are females who don’t fit into that mold. I’ve even seen a couple (two, to be precise) who were physically able to keep up with men in an emergency situation. (Genetic females, not mentally ill mutilators.) But they are the anomalies.
