FYI, Yes lots of folks do not like the flush Niacin gives you.
So I have both Niacin and Niacinamide. When I take 100 mg Niacin before bed it also relaxes me and I get a good night sleep.

I have it on AudioBooks and have listened to it 6 times. I always get something new out of it each time I listen.
Been taking Niacin for a couple years and don’t mind the flush. My husband hates it though and refuses to take it. Hoping I can get him to take the niacinamide. I think it would help greatly with his tinnitus and other issues. Started reading the book here at work (I manage a self storage facility and have a LOT of extra time to do whatever I want, I love my job).
