To a person of normal intellect this would be what is known as a "clue". But for a stupid druggie it means take as much as you like.

I had a friend that used to get high on whippets. You basically suck down as much NO2 as you can from a whip cream dispenser, black out for 20 seconds, and then it's done. It's the stupidest drug you can take. And it's obvious that since you're replacing O2 with NO2 at a high degree, it's going to cause damage.

Probably a certain amount of brain damage as well.

Taking anything that puts you in an altered mental state chronically is going to rebound on you badly. Just the way it is. So have some self control.
