I think the problems are Geographic. Meaning, your service is as good as the workforce in the community you live in.

Our Lowe’s is great (small Texas town). Chicago, Los Angeles??? Probably not so good.

I recently bought a new refrigerator from Lowe’s here in Georgia. My delivery experience was just great and I gave the two guys a nice tip.

You are correct. I live in conservative Central Texas. Lowes, Home Depot, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon are good. I cannot say that for the United States Postal Service. They lost a 6000 dollar check. It was never cashed but just gone. 30 days later after a lot I paper work I got a new check. I requested it be sent to me by FedEx. The company sent it and I had it in my hand the next day.
